re: "UNITED NATIONS (Catholic Online) – The Vatican has refused to sign the just-adopted United Nations landmark treaty to promote and protect the rights of the world’s 650 million disabled people over a clause that may be used to deny the right to life of disabled unborn persons./ In Dec. 13 remarks to the U.N.
